Julian Morris

Julian Morris studied Environmental Economics at UCL (MSc) and Land Economics at Cambridge (MPhil), launching a distinguished academic career spanning thirty years, including at the Institute of Economic Affairs, International Policy Network and Reason Foundation, with significant focus on market solutions to environmental problems.

He has advised major Party leaders and senior government figures in the UK, and assumed oversight of

many projects looking at environmental economics.

He is a long-standing member of the editorial board of ‘Energy and Environment’ and firmly believes conservation of our environment is too important to be left in the hands of government officials.
